JONESBORO, Ark. – LEARFIELD, the athletics multimedia rightsholder for Arkansas State University, has appointed Slater Fuchs the new general manager of Red Wolves Sports Properties.
Fuchs brings significant industry experience to the Red Wolves Sports Properties team. Most recently, he served as vice president, corporate partnerships at THE TEAM, LLC in Frisco, Texas, and vice president, corporate partnerships at the Pro Volleyball Federation, as well as game day sponsorship activation for the Dallas Mavericks. His early career also included stops with the Frisco Fighters Football Team and Allen Americans Professional Hockey Club working in sports marketing and corporate partnerships. Fuchs received his bachelor’s degree in psychology and sports management from Southern Methodist University.
Fuchs will be relocating to Jonesboro and will serve as the primary LEARFIELD liaison for the university’s comprehensive athletics multimedia rights agreement and corporate partner platform. He will work closely with Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics Jeff Purinton and the entire athletics administration on all aspects of the rights relationship.
