NACDA
The National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) is the largest association of collegiate athletics administrators including athletics directors, associate and assistant athletics directors, conference commissioners, and affiliate individuals or corporations. We give back to the industry through our support of the prestigious Learfield Directors’ Cup and with involvement in the FBS Leadership Summit during College Football Playoff week.
EDGE Academy
Since its inception in 2014, EDGE Academy (formerly the Learfield IMG College Minority Academy) has been considered by many to be a one-of-a-kind event in the collegiate sports business. It is designed to foster growth and development in the collegiate sector for women and men of color through a business practicum and training content. Traditionally held in Learfield’s headquarters in Plano, Texas, EDGE Academy is in partnership with MOAA.
LEAD1
LEAD1 Association (“LEAD1”) is the membership association that represents the 130 NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (“FBS”) athletic directors and their departments. Based in Washington, D.C. their mission in supporting the athletics directors of America’s leading intercollegiate programs prepares today’s students to be tomorrow’s leaders. We participate in forums and events to support the development of athletic department talent.
CALS
The Collegiate Athletic Leadership Symposium (CALS) is a unique event designed to equip athletic administrators with both practical knowledge they can apply immediately in their current position as well as skills they can use when pursuing further career goals. We participate in the annual invitation-only event for aspiring ADs.
Women Leaders in College Sports
Women Leaders in College Sports is the premier leadership organization that develops, connects, and advances women working in college sports and beyond. Women Leaders takes a pro-active role in advancing women into positions of influence and powerfully shapes the landscape of women leaders. We send high-potential women leaders at Learfield to their programs and support their efforts in the space.
WISE
Women in Sports and Events (WISE) is the leading voice and resource for women in the business of sports. We sponsor employee membership and are active in leadership to help women in the field navigate and accelerate their careers, foster peer connections, and champion the hiring and advancement of women in the industry.
Association of National Advertisers
