Meet ONEpass, the first-of-its-kind digital ticket solution by LEARFIELD company, Paciolan. ONEpass simplifies the digital wallet experience, revolutionizing the way consumers manage their event tickets.

Fans and patrons can enjoy a hassle-free digital wallet experience by reducing digital wallet clutter. ONEpass allows patrons to download the ticket once, and it will automatically rotate to display one ticket at a time, updating before each event. What used to be 40 digital tickets for a season of baseball turns into one. This cutting-edge technology offers a seamless solution for managing event tickets, unlike anything currently on the market.

“We are thrilled to introduce ONEpass, a truly innovative digital ticket solution,” said Kim Damron, President of Paciolan and President of Digital & Technology for parent company LEARFIELD and Chief Executive Officer of Paciolan. “We are committed to providing our clients and their customers with new solutions that enhance the live event experience, and ONEpass is a prime example of this commitment.”

We at Paciolan have been focused on the consumer experience as mobile adoption accelerated in the last few years. In 2022 alone, our clients generated 56 million tickets and more than 50% of them were added to the mobile wallet. With ONEpass, fans and patrons can access a season of sports, a series of performances, or a set of shows with a single ticket.

ONEpass has received positive reviews from organizations who joined the early access program, particularly in how fans have embraced it.

“ONEpass has exceeded our expectations! We received minimal questions on how it works. We even had fans, who think it is cool, explain how it works to our gameday staff. We will absolutely continue to utilize ONEpass for baseball and will look to implement it for other sports as well,” said Holdyn Halperin, Associate AD, the University of Miami.

According to the University of Miami, for a baseball season ticket holder with 4 seats, they would have had to download all 33 games four times, now they only have to add each seat once which eliminated 128 manual digital wallet downloads for just that customer.

We are just getting started. ONEpass will grow and accommodate more types of tickets and scenarios. As patrons become more sophisticated mobile users, we design and innovate to simplify their ticketing process.

ONEpass is officially in Early Access with Louisiana State University, the University of Arizona, Mississippi State University, the University of California at Irvine, and the University of Miami who have deployed ONEpass for their baseball and/or softball season. More live events organizations will be able to by Fall 2023.
