Oracle Marketing will power marketing automation to customize communications for college athletics and live entertainment venues

IRVINE, Calif. — Paciolan, the leading ticketing, marketing, and fundraising solution provider for college athletics and live entertainment, has partnered with Oracle Marketing to deliver personalized communications for the nation’s largest collegiate teams and live entertainment venues. Oracle Marketing will power marketing automation for more than 120 of Paciolan’s live entertainment organizations to reimagine the fan experience.

Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation, part of the Oracle Marketing product suite, will enable live event marketers to deliver more rich and personalized communications to fans by integrating Paciolan’s ticketing, fundraising, and attendance data. For example, marketers will be able to send unique offers and messaging to fans about their favorite college teams or live entertainment events based on purchase history, affinity, and preferences. The collaboration between Oracle and Paciolan gives teams and live entertainment venues a powerful solution to automate marketing campaigns based on various business needs to delight fans and drive ticket sales.

This integration will provide customer insights and browsing history, including high-value page visits, interest in upcoming events, and shopping cart abandonment for specific events. Together, Paciolan’s integrations with Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Infinity will enable marketers to deliver highly personalized marketing campaigns with unique content tailored to each fan’s interests.
