VERMILLION, S.D.— The University of South Dakota is proud to announce a redesign of its popular athletics website – www.GoYotes.com. The official website of the Coyotes, which attracts more than 400,000 visitors each year, now offers fans a cleaner and more user-friendly platform with larger images and a variety of layers that promote South Dakota teams, coaches and student-athletes.
South Dakota teamed with SIDEARM Sports for a new design. The website will continue to provide schedules, rosters, statistics, game recaps, player and coach bios, and historical information for all of the Coyotes’ 17 sports. It will also offer FREE live video for home football and men’s and women’s basketball games starting this fall.
“We are thrilled to offer a new look that we hope our fans, alumni, student-athletes, coaches and staff will enjoy,” said USD sports information director Bryan Boettcher. “The ability to broadcast live events for free instead of for a fee we think will be a welcome change for all, but especially for the families of our student-athletes. It is our hope that we can expand our sport offerings for live events as our new facilities come online.
“We began this process less than three months ago and it is amazing how quickly SIDEARM was able to make our vision a reality. I want to thank Tina Bowman, K.C. Uthus and Joe DeBenedictis of SIDEARM for their exceptional work and Travis Lee of Learfield Sports and Coyote Sports Properties for his continued support.”
