DURHAM, N.H. – University of New Hampshire athletics and its multimedia rights partner, Wildcat Sports Properties, announced today that long-time corporate partner Service Credit Union has extended its commitment to the Wildcats for another five years.
Portsmouth-based Service Credit Union founded in 1957, provides financial services to over 175,000 members residing all across the U.S. and around the world. A dedicated corporate partner since the Wildcats’ 2008-09 athletic season, Service Credit Union starts off the 2013-14 season this month with a renewed and enhanced partnership that extends through 2018-19.
Fans, alumni and the campus community will notice visible enhancements as part of Service Credit Union’s heightened relationship. In addition to having exclusive use of UNH Athletics’ marks to launch an “Official Debit Card of the UNH Wildcats”, Service Credit Union is placing a deposit-taking ATM machine in the UNH Field House and will receive prominent signage in various on-campus venues. Service Credit Union will also sponsor a brand new T-shirt cannon and will receive brand exposure across multiple UNH Athletics’ mediums including radio, television and the official athletics website, www.UNHWildcats.com.
The Official Debit Card of the UNH Wildcats will be available at any Service Credit Union branch and online through Service Credit Union’s MyCardDesign program with any Service Credit Union checking account including the new Student Checking account.
Service Credit Union staff will be on hand at numerous UNH sporting events with free giveaways and information about the Official Debit Card of the UNH Wildcats, Student Checking and other checking accounts, and information about its financial education program, Balance Financial Fitness.
