The Parking Spot pays tribute to University of Colorado with new shuttle

Denver, CO (September 19, 2011) – The Parking Spot is helping to kick off the 2011 college football season with the announcement of a new partnership with the University of Colorado. The unique agreement transforms the signature yellow-and-black spots on shuttles in the Denver International fleet to reflect the Silver and Gold of the University of Colorado.

“It’s an honor to be a part of the excitement and tradition of an institution like the University of Colorado,” said Mark Wildman, Senior Vice President of Marketing, The Parking Spot. “The Buffaloes-branded shuttle offer fans the opportunity to celebrate their team while experiencing the value and uncompromising level of service at The Parking Spot.”

In addition to the University of Colorado, as part of a nationwide campaign where The Parking Spot partners with collegiate or professional teams where the company operates, The Parking Spot has partnered with 29 other teams across the NCAA, MLB, NHL & AHL.

“The Parking Spot shuttles are another way for fans throughout the Denver area to express pride and loyalty to our great institution,” said Mike Bohn, University of Colorado Director of Athletics. “Hats off to the leadership group at The Parking Spot for initiating this exciting campaign. We are thrilled with this partnership and know they will provide the very best service to our fans for years to come.”
