Plano, Texas (March 21, 2025) — Leading up to March Madness, Nissan launched Kickstart Your Day, a social-first Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) athlete video series featuring four standout basketball players from the University of Kansas and the University of South Carolina, created in partnership with Emmy Award-winning Learfield Studios. The series highlights the Nissan Kicks as the perfect companion for student-athletes who are always on the move.

The series gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at the morning routines of center Hunter Dickinson (Kansas), guard S’Mya Nichols (Kansas), forward Collin Murray-Boyles (South Carolina), and guard Raven Johnson (South Carolina), showing how the Nissan Kicks helps them prepare for their busy days. In each episode, the student-athletes share insights into how they balance their sport, academics, and personal lives during basketball season.

Through Nissan’s partnership with Learfield Studios, Nissan is bringing engaging content to the NIL space that resonates with fans. The Kickstart Your Day series showcases the Nissan Kicks as the perfect companion for these athletes through innovative features like the Bose sound system, heated seats, dual display, and wireless charging, helping them stay comfortable and connected as they navigate the demands of college basketball.

The four-part series was distributed across the schools’ Athletics social media accounts in addition to the players’ respective social channels.
