4-part series documents the Wolfpack’s preparation for the upcoming season coming off historic NCAA Tournament run

RALEIGH, N.C. – NC State Athletics along with Learfield Studios and athletics multimedia rights holder Wolfpack Sports Properties are excited to announce a new original digital content series titled Light it Red: All-Access with NC State Women’s Basketball, presented by North State Bank.

NC State’s newest original content series from Learfield Studios, Light it Red follows the lead-up to the 2024-25 season with the NC State Women’s Basketball team after a historic run in last year’s NCAA Tournament.

The 4-part series picks up with key players in the offseason to document their reactions and allow them to reflect on last year’s journey from unranked to the Final Four in Cleveland. Then, the focus shifts to a new year, a new team, and a new opportunity – giving fans an inside look at the personalities and mindset of the 2024-25 Wolfpack Women’s Basketball team.

“We are excited for the release of the Light It Red series highlighting our program,” NC State Head Women’s Basketball Coach Wes Moore said. “These episodes give Wolfpack Nation a behind-the-scenes look at our team’s preparation for the upcoming season, while also celebrating the unforgettable moments last year’s team had with the Final Four run.”

Following today’s trailer release, the debut episode premieres this Friday, with additional episodes airing on subsequent Fridays leading up to tipoff. Light it Red will be posted across all NC State Athletics social media platforms, and episodes can also be streamed at GoPack.com/LightItRed.
