Gators+ to feature premium original content through partnership with Learfield Studios
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida Athletics is excited to announce the creation of Gators+, a newly re-designed and re-branded digital streaming platform housed within official athletics site FloridaGators.com.
Gators+ is a product of Florida further elevating its partnership with multimedia rights holder Florida Gators Sports Properties, the locally based team of Learfield. The new Gators+ serves as the one-stop shop for fans to see premium original content – such as the Emmy-nominated This is…The Swamp Presented by Wells Fargo and Unlaced – as well as game highlights, press conferences, coaches shows, and more.
“The Gators are pleased to continue growing the partnership with Florida Gators Sports Properties and deliver unique content to fans,” said Florida Athletics Director Scott Stricklin. “There are so many great stories of Gator athletes, coaches and programs to be shared in a consumable, easy to navigate platform. We are thankful for our brand partners’ support that allows our staff to amplify those stories.”
A new collaboration with Learfield Studios will see additional original content series arriving to the Gators+ platform, including titles such as All Access: Florida Men’s Basketball presented by Renewal by Andersen and Blue Collar Baseball as well as multi-sport series such as Road to Gameday presented by GFL and Gator Life presented by Cox.
Moving forward, Gators+ will provide Florida fans enhanced access, elevate the brands of Gator Athletics and its student-athletes, and give brand partners more opportunities to attach themselves to best-in-class storytelling content.
