NEW ORLEANS — Tulane Athletics and its multimedia rightsholder, LEARFIELD’s Tulane Sports Properties, are proud to introduce Breeze Airways as a “Proud Partner of Tulane Athletics.”

Breeze currently offers 10 nonstop destinations plus three one-stop, no change of plane “BreezeThru” destinations out of Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY), located roughly 15 miles from the Tulane University campus in New Orleans. This includes Akron/Canton, OH; Bentonville, AR; Charleston, SC; Columbus, OH; Hartford, CT; Jacksonville, FL; Louisville, KY; Islip, NY; Norfolk, VA; Richmond, VA; Savannah, GA; West Palm Beach, FL; and Westchester County, NY.

Breeze currently provides charter services for select Green Wave Athletics’ programs to away game contests throughout the season.

The new agreement includes partnership activation at Green Wave football, men’s and women’s basketball, and baseball home games, in addition to programming on Tulane Athletics’ exclusive digital and audio platforms.

This new relationship was secured on behalf of the university by Tulane Sports Properties, LEARFIELD’s locally based team representing Tulane Athletics. LEARFIELD is a media, data and technology services company in intercollegiate athletics. The company unlocks the value of sports for brands and fans through an omnichannel platform with innovative content and commerce solutions.

“Breeze looks to partner with stakeholders in the communities we serve, and Tulane is a perfect fit for us,” said Tom Doxey, Breeze Airways’ President. “With a long and storied history in New Orleans, Tulane is a community staple and so is the university’s athletics department. Partnering with Green Wave athletics further solidifies Breeze’s commitment to the greater New Orleans community and our base at Louis Armstrong International Airport.”

“We are excited to partner with Breeze Airways,” said Troy DannenBen Weiner Director of Athletics at Tulane. “Tulane Athletics chose Breeze to fly our teams the last two years and the experience has been outstanding in every respect. As Tulane continues to thrive locally and nationally as a proud member of the American Athletic Conference, we’re thankful to have corporate partners like Breeze choose Green Wave Athletics to help amplify their brand story.”
