MADISON, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin Athletic Department unveiled Thursday the re-launched UWBadgers.com.

Over the past year, the athletic department and its new digital media partner, SIDEARM Sports, a Learfield Sports company, have redesigned UWBadgers.com to ensure the best experience for visitors to the website looking for Badgers news, information and videos, as well as tickets and official merchandise available online. sidearm-sports

“The primary focus in our redesign process was the user experience — providing quality content on a visually appealing site that’s easy to navigate,” UW Senior Associate Athletics Director Justin Doherty said. “We have modernized our look, and made the website more accessible for fans using mobile devices.”

The site features an innovative adaptive responsive layout and design that scales the presentation to fit the user device (desktop, tablet or mobile). With mobile usage rising significantly, the site is optimized for mobile viewing in addition to quality desktop or tablet presentations.

It also contains the only custom-built homepage allowing for the placement of copy and links anywhere on the main headline photo. The enhanced photo presentation on the main page and sports home pages allows fans to enjoy high-quality action photos of Wisconsin student-athletes.

Together with the revised Badger Gameday App, which features all 23 sports we have you covered for all your Badgers sports interests.
