MILWAUKEE, Wisc. (October, 6, 2026) — Milwaukee Athletics and Tabak Law, LLC, in partnership with Learfield’s Panthers Sports Properties, today announced a multi-year jersey patch agreement naming the local law firm the official jersey patch partner for Panther men’s and women’s basketball and men’s and women’s soccer. The agreement marks the first jersey patch partnership in Milwaukee Athletics history.

“College athletics continues to evolve, and this new opportunity allows us to think creatively about how we can connect Milwaukee Athletics with the community that supports us,” said Amanda Braun, Director of Athletics at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. “We are particularly excited that our first jersey patch partnership is with a local business. Milwaukee is at the heart of everything we do, and having a local partner represented on the jerseys our student-athletes wear is a great reflection of that connection. We are grateful for their investment in our Panthers and look forward to building this partnership together.”

The Tabak Law logo will debut on Milwaukee Athletics’ men’s and women’s soccer uniforms Oct. 10, with both programs already underway, before appearing on Panther men’s and women’s basketball uniforms during the 2026-27 season. Both soccer programs opened their seasons in August, with the women’s team entering the season after securing five consecutive Horizon League regular-season titles. Panther basketball will tip off its 2026-27 campaigns at home in the Klotsche Center, with the men’s team hosting Luther in an exhibition game on Oct. 28, followed by the women’s team hosting Benedictine on Oct. 29.

Founded in Milwaukee, Tabak Law is a nationwide disability and personal injury law firm focused on helping individuals and families navigate challenging circumstances. The firm specializes in Social Security Disability, Veterans’ Benefits, workers’ compensation and personal injury, providing clients with experienced legal advocacy and personalized support throughout the claims process. The partnership with Milwaukee Athletics is part of Tabak Law’s ongoing commitment to serve the Milwaukee community and beyond.

“Tabak Law has always believed in showing up for the people who show up for us, and UW-Milwaukee’s student-athletes are no exception,” Jim Brzezinski, CEO of Tabak Law. “It’s humbling to think about the work our team gets to do every day, helping veterans secure the benefits they’ve earned, guiding families through Social Security Disability claims, and standing up for injury victims when they need someone in their corner. With this partnership, we are recognizing the important role UW-Milwaukee plays in our region. ‘Service to the Community’ is one of our core values, and providing support to UW-Milwaukee Panthers Athletics is a natural extension of our mission. We’re honored to play a small part in the success of such an important program.”

Beyond the jersey patch, Tabak Law’s partnership extends across the broader Milwaukee Athletics platform and includes intellectual property rights and branding opportunities through television-visible signage, digital activations and fan engagement programs.

“Jersey patch partnerships create new ways for brands to connect with fans while supporting the continued growth of Milwaukee Athletics,” said Meghan Heinchon, Executive Vice President of Sports Properties at Learfield. “Tabak Law’s local roots and commitment to serving the community make this partnership a natural fit, and we look forward to helping bring the firm’s brand to life across Panther Athletics’ basketball and soccer programs.”
