Kim Damron
President, Sports Properties
Kim Damron is President of Learfield’s Sports Properties Division, which fosters integration across multiple business units to drive innovation and data-based strategies to create new revenue solutions and greater fan engagement for its partner universities. The division includes Learfield’s industry-leading multimedia rights business, encompassing both national and local sales, as well as other key athletic services, including the company’s Amplify ticket sales, Amplify seat sales, broadcast operations, and naming rights.
Prior to assuming this role, Kim served as Learfield’s president of Digital and Technology as well as the president of Paciolan, where she steered the direction and vision of Learfield’s digital and technology-based business lines under the Paciolan, SIDEARM Sports, Learfield Digital, and MogoSME brands.
Before joining the Paciolan leadership team in 2005, Kim served in executive positions at Tickets.com, Buy.com, and Paramount Studios. She has received several accolades over her 20- year career, including Sports Business Journal’s Game Changer Award and VenuesNow Woman of Influence.
Among her many contributions to the sports and entertainment industry, Kim has been a leader in promoting inclusive cultures and nurturing employee careers. She is passionate about the advancement of women in the workplace and is a champion of local organizations, including Project Giving Light, which supports homeless children in her community.
