Job Purpose

The Talent Development Coordinator is a key player to the Human Resources team, supporting the Talent Development group in conducting onboarding, leadership development, and performance management needs. This position will help develop training material and implement various training methods such as workshops, conferences, meetings, and webinars.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day- to -day administration of Talent Development programs, including but not limited to onboarding, leadership development, and   performance management.
  • Leverage data and feedback to drive improvement for Talent Development programs.
  • Design, prepare, and update training aids & materials (videos/MP4s, handouts/PDFs, learner and facilitator material)
  • Manage, maintain, and update our LinkedIn Learning platform for company-wide learning needs
  • Assures that required transcripts, records, and reports are maintained
  • Support leadership development goals through administration, coordination and assisting of workshops and other ongoing training offerings
  • Assist with Performance and Talent Assessment needs
  • Apply best practices in instructional design, adult learning theory, facilitation, and relevant training methodologies to ensure value-added learning & development
  • Completes special projects and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or closely related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of professional work experience administering talent development programs
  • A passion for making impact through talent development and training effectiveness
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Instructional/Graphic Design or video creation/editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline 360, Microsoft Office etc.)
  • Previous experience with LinkedIn Learning is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to quickly changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
