We are actively accepting applications for a Part-time Streaming Support Staff member to join our Streaming Support team. In this role, you will provide streaming support for SIDEARM partners and fans across the collegiate landscape. This position will be part of a streaming services team with a part-time schedule that allows us to provide industry leading service to our clients during the unique hours of college athletics. It will include working some evenings and weekends during the athletic calendar (August through May).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and communicate with SIDEARM partners regarding the quality of live streams
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting streaming issues
  • Provide end-user support for fans having difficulties viewing streams
  • Troubleshoot fan subscriptions for client schools
  • Contribute to the overall success of SIDEARM Sports
  • Be an advocate and champion for SIDEARM Sports!

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous streaming experience preferred, but not required
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule including working weekends and evenings
  • Comfort with new technology, services, and products
