ANC designs, installs and provides ongoing operations and services for digital media architecture which stimulates, entertains and engages consumers at special events, sports venues, and places all around us. ANC fuses art, commerce and technology to set the gold standard of the event experience for a distinguished client list that includes the Super Bowl, the Final Four, New York City Marathon, Los Angeles Dodgers, the Ryder Cup, and New York City’s Westfield World Trade Center. As a Senior Project Manager, Fixed Installations, you’ll join the group that is ultimately responsible for bringing to life the projects of the company's primary business line: Fixed LED Installations. You will supervise project teams from concept to final execution of the project while also communicating with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient & successful completion of high-profile installations. The ideal candidate has an exceptional level of expertise in project management and within this industry. 

This is a full-time, exempt position that is based remotely. Domestic travel to/from job sites (approximately 70%) is required. The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Projects & Integration.

 What you’ll do…

  • Assist with strategic planning of projects across business disciplines including concept, financial strategy, and technology.
  • Plan and work with Project Managers and Field Supervisors throughout multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished on time and within budget.
  • Analyze, assess and recommend viable solutions to complex issues.
  • Adapt to the unique needs of each project, client or situation.
  • Establish clear and timely communication with the client, throughout all phases of the project.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and vendors, including negotiating quotes, reviewing project scope and engineering, and supervising installations while conveying clear expectations throughout all phases of the project.
  • Oversee budget and financial submittals with assistance of Project Coordinators.
  • Update key leadership stakeholders with focused well-written reporting.

What we’re looking for…

  • At least 6 – 10 years’ experience within a related industry proving in-depth knowledge of the disciplines of project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; an associate degree or certifications in related field will meet qualifications.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to interact confidently, professionally with all departments, including senior management. 
  • Position requires strong communication, leadership, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in providing quality assurance checks, reporting and documentation. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Project, required.
  • Experience with Procore desirable, but not required.
  • Flexible and willing to travel for at least 70% of time (during and after pandemic)
