Job Purpose: Staff level role in the treasury and corporate finance function. Execute detail cash forecasting for the consolidated company, working with business leaders to update and analyze actual results.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Treasury Analysts to consolidate and reconcile bank data to track weekly cash flow activity for MMR and individual Business Units, including CLC, JPatton, Paciolan, Amplify, Sidearm, ANC, GOV, Mogo and SME.
  • Prepare weekly variance reports to compare actual vs. forecasted cash flows at each Business Unit.
  • Partner with Business Unit Finance leads on forecast expectations and develop strategies to improve monitoring/reporting practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and connections between our Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Business Units teams.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as needed, including: research, presenting alternative strategies to current plans, modeling impact of variance business decisions.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • 6-8 years experience with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other business field. 4-6 years’ experience with a Master’s Degree.
  • Experience in corporate FP&A/finance, treasury or operational finance.
  • Superior verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required in order to communicate effectively with management, private equity ownership team, consultants, etc.
  • Ability to maintain progress on multiple projects at any given time across various departments while demonstrating an understanding of the team’s objectives to better prioritize the tasks at hand.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. This would include an ability to demonstrate use of complex formula’s (sumifs, vlookup, xlookup, index, match, etc.) along with a strong working knowledge of how to interpret and analyze large data sets in excel. VBA/Macro experience is a plus.
  • Information management systems experience desired. GP Dynamics and/or Prophix/Adaptive Insights experience is a plus.
