The Sales Operation Specialist will be responsible for a wide variety of activities for IMG College Seating. The position's main responsibility is to coordinate our CRM system, which tracks season ticket holders and their seating purchases. In addition, responsibilities also include seeking out new business at colleges and high schools and organizing groups to install and remove seats at various properties.

*This position will be located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Technology

  • Coordinate sales technology CRM system and other external systems linked to CRM on an ongoing basis.
  • Train Seating users and oversee call center relationship to troubleshoot technology issues.
  • Ensure data integrity in CRM software system on an ongoing basis especially with regard to integration with athletic ticket software.
  • Provide thought leadership to include improvement of processes and Coordinate version upgrades to system. Coordinate with team on creation, testing and specifications to system.
  • Ensure accuracy, functionality, and design of ordering websites for all 96 properties.

FCS Region Management

  • Organize FCS Power Region of Seating division (approximately 20 schools in both college and NFL) to include relationships with vendors, facilities, ticket sales offices, and athletics.
  • Recruit, hire, train, communicate, negotiate compensation, and terminate on ground staff responsible for seat installs/uninstalls, seat audits, customer service, athletic department feedback, and internal IMG issues in FCS Region of Seating.
  • Coordinate logistics of inventory delivery, storage, and readiness for the season.
  • Supervise FCS Power Region groups to ensure proper inventory counts from beginning to end of season minimizing customer returns, damaged goods, and theft.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain working relationships with client and university contacts.
  • Ensure continuation of renewal partnerships with recommendations for financial proposals.
  • Coordinate with legal and school to get partnership agreements executed.

Other

  • Maintain cost controls and renegotiate fees on an annual basis for business vendors.
  • Analyze call center vendor relationship to increase and maintain high customer service. Provide leadership to vendor to provide exceptional customer experiences. 
  • For the small college and high school program, create direct sales in assigned states to include contract execution, inventory specifications, manufacturing, licensing, delivery and receipt of payment.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in client relationship management
  • Experience working with and/or overseeing CRM technology preferred.
  • Experience overseeing a team of workers remotely is required.
  • Direct sales experience is preferred.
  • A four-year college degree is required.
  • Moderate travel required.
  • Occasional Physical Labor required.
