We are actively accepting applications for a Promotional Content Developer to join our Project Management team. In this role, you will focus on the implementation of design solutions that meet the strategic goals of our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing web layouts that adhere to our sponsor’s specific brand needs, as well as accompanying graphic imagery for use on web pages and mobile applications. This includes but is not limited to sponsored pages, graphics, digital ad creations, contest promotions, data capture forms, and more.
  • Work with multimedia partners to understand their sponsorship needs and implement creative, custom, digital solutions to help them succeed.
  • Assist partners in achieving their sponsorship goals using the SIDEARM platform as well as your functional knowledge of graphic design, HTML and CSS.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our multimedia right partners via timely communication and effective collaboration.

  • You are a communicator. Properly and effectively communicating with clients and team members to manage project scope, timelines, and feasibility within SIDEARM Platform is vital to developing great solutions for SIDEARM’s partners.
  • You are a problem solver. In this role, you will brainstorm and develop solutions that balance the needs of our multimedia rights partners with the robust suite of features available within the SIDEARM platform – finding the most appropriate solution to meet client needs and expectations.
  • You are organized. When serving as both a designer and developer, collaboration with the team and our partners can be challenging. Our ideal candidate can organize their work and properly structure HTML, CSS, PSD and other graphic files in accordance with industry best-practice to maximize efficiency and reusability of assets across projects and between teammates.
  • You are detail oriented. Our ideal candidate can craft pixel perfect designs. Our industry is constantly evolving and we are looking for skilled designers who have an eye for detail. In addition, we are looking for a developer who can build layouts that are visually appealing while adhering to responsive design practices and WCAG guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience designing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
  • 2 years of experience creating responsive web content utilizing HTML and CSS
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively manage own workflow and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to think through and find solutions to creative problems and technical limitations

We’ll be extra impressed if you have:

  • Experience using content management systems to create web content
  • Experience with JavaScript and common libraries
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors (ex: less)
