We are actively accepting applications for a Project Manager, Mobile Apps to join our Project Management team. In this role, a successful candidate will focus on working directly with SIDEARM clients, both current and new, to guide them through the process of launching their mobile apps while working hand in hand internally with our Sales and Programming departments to execute the client’s mobile apps project. You will be assigned specific clients to manage from start to finish, making sure each step is executed successfully. You will be the client’s direct point of contact internally throughout the entire process leading up to launch.

You are detail oriented. You’ll need to make sure each part of the process is completed accurately and on time.

You are willing to learn. You’ll be given the tools to learn how to be an effective team member along with the knowledge to grow as a project manager.

You work well both as a team and independently. You’ll need to be able to work with multiple departments to execute client requests successfully and be able to manage completing tasks on your own.

You are flexible. You’ll need go above and beyond your normal workday during certain times of the year to stay ahead of the current workload.

 

Success Criteria:

Your success will be measured based on your ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal SIDEARM staff. Your communication, via email, phone or in person, to both the client and internal staff, will be an important piece to making each project flow smoothly and be completed on time.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the mobile app development and launch process.
  • Test mobile apps prior to launch.
  • Manage Google Analytics integration for apps post launch.
  • Maintain weekly updates to internal documents (mobile app integrations, ad decks, etc.)
  • Assist the SIDEARM Support team with post launch mobile app updates.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Outlook and the Office 365 suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Podio.
  • Ability to effectively communicate well with others in accomplishing tasks.
  • Capability to problem solve proficiently.
  • Ability to manage an evolving workflow internally as well as externally for multiple clients.
  • Flexibility to work longer hours when needed.
