As Project Manager you’ll join the group responsible for bringing to life the projects of the company's primary business line: Fixed LED Installations. You will work with and assist the project teams from concept to final execution while also communicating with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient & successful completion of installations. The ideal candidate will have some experience in project and/or construction management and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, demanding, and deadline-oriented environment. 

This is a full-time, exempt position that can be based remotely in New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., however candidates based in other markets may be considered. Domestic travel to/from job sites (approximately 70%) will be required. The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Projects & Integration.

 

 What you’ll do…

  • Work with other team members to develop detailed plans for each project, including timelines.
  • Act as on-site supervisor for various projects. 
  • Perform daily duties such as overseeing and directing subcontractor crews, internal team reporting, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop project plans. 
  • Outline project duties of each team member and subcontractor by identifying project goals.
  • Closely monitor progress and track budget, timeline, specifications, etc., on assigned projects.
  • Serve as Competent Person to ensure all safety rules and OSHA regulations are followed by subcontractors.
  • Assist with close-out and final documentation of completed projects. 

 

What we’re looking for…

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum one years' experience with construction or project management.
  • At least three years actively working in construction (LED / Signage or related industry is preferred).
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and MS Project. 
  • Comfortable interacting confidently and professionally with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Strong leadership, adaptability, and decision-making skills. 
  • Detail-oriented multi-tasker.
  • OSHA-30 certification, Ariel Work Platform certification, and Forklift training.
  • Able to meet all physical requirements of working an active construction site (climbing stairs and ladders, positioned at great heights, lifting and moving of boxes/crates, operating lifts, etc.)
  • Flexible and willing to travel for approx. 70% of year
  • Experience with Procore not required but a plus!
