We are actively accepting applications for a Project Coordinator to join our team.  In this role, you’ll manage multiple concurrent projects from creation through final delivery.  Specifically, you will work to support the Product Team to ensure successful execution of roadmaps and report on clearly identified KPIs on a regular basis.  You will enforce project deadlines while acting as the central hub of communication between internal and external stakeholders as well as the SIDEARM staff. 

 Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with Product Team and stakeholders to develop both internal and external project plans including scope, timeline and milestone dates, management of deliverable expectations, continuous feedback and reporting. 
  • Identify and manage resource requirements, quality reviews, and participate in reoccurring project meetings to ensure successful completion.  
  • Track and report back on product analytics, usage, sentiment, and reviews.  
  • Serve as both a SIDEARM and stakeholder advocate by striving for the best solutions possible, while validating project plans and scope/schedule changes. 
  • Work and collaborate with internal teams, including: Product, Design, Customer Support, and Development to successfully execute projects. 
  • Inform and proactively report on project status to key internal and external stakeholders, with respect to project schedule, client expectations, internal business goals. 
  • Serve as the primary contact for client and stakeholder needs and improving client relationship by providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries.  
  • Serve as point of contact for maintenance work post product launch between departments.

Minimum Requirements:   

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of applicable experience 
  • Proven experience with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Analytics, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to work under pressure while simultaneously managing multiple tasks 
  • Ability to effectively communicate well with others in accomplishing tasks and problem resolution 
  • Familiarity with software development, specifically Agile methodologies

  • Experience working on mobile application projects 
  • Experience in the software development field 
  • Passion for technology, product development, and college athletics
