Learfield manages ad operations for more than 1,400 website and mobile applications across its vast network of university, conference, and association partnerships. This position will be a member of the Ad Operations team whose primary focus is assisting Learfield’s local and national sales team in the optimization and expansion of website and mobile display/video ad revenue through the fulfillment of sponsorship campaigns.

The Product Manager, Ad Solutions will help support the delivery of our ad product strategy. You will help vet vendor solutions, project manage the implementation and deployment of new ad solutions, and provide support to our internal sales and product marketing teams. This position sits within the company’s Media & Partnerships Group.



  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to help set the direction of the digital advertising product portfolio, meant to capitalize on the market opportunities and drive new revenue to LEARFIELD’s digital business
  • Manage the onboarding, testing, and deployment of all new ad products. This requires project managing ad format development, approvals, testing & certifications, establishing workflows and processes, and go-to-market education for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Lead communication with Sidearm Sports and Digital Strategy & Solutions team providing insight, direction, and education around our suite of ad product capabilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with rich media partners, providing guidance on ad formats, design builds, campaign execution, and ad performance analytics.
  • Manage ad product measurement & analytics, surfacing key insights on areas of improvement or opportunities
  • Support coordination of sales education, outreach materials, and data analysis for schools and property teams as it relates to ad product initiatives
  • Assisting with day-to-day ad operations needs upon request (blocking, trafficking, reporting, etc.)



  • 3+ years of experience within digital advertising, working closely with advertising solutions and technology
  • Experience ideating, developing, and launching digital products
  • Well versed and up to date with the advertising solutions landscape (vendors, formats, trends, etc.)
  • Familiarity with high impact and rich media ad products and vendors
  • Strong experience with Google Ad Manager and Google Publisher Tags
  • Proven ability to manage cross-team communications & implementing processes
  • Ability to maintain a high level of efficiency and quality assurance for several competing projects
  • Displays strong communication skills and has ability to clearly and confidently provide strategic guidance when working with individuals who may not have a strong digital background
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while managing obstacles and overcoming problems
