Job Description:
The newly formed data strategy group at LEARFIELD has partnered with the business in creating data solutions that will help drive the business forward into a digital transformation age.
As a Power Platform Developer, you will develop various applications to help the business transform and automate their current workflow. This position will report to the Manager of Engineering on the data engineering team, who’s looking for a candidate with in-depth, hands-on experience using the Power Platform ecosystem and understands Application Development fundamentals.
Additionally, you will work closely with all other members of the development team including data analysts, data engineers, project management, QA analysts, stakeholders, and product owners.
Responsibilities
• Work directly with the business to support various projects and solutions
• Mentoring and upskilling other team members
• Troubleshoot connection issues as they arise
• Leading efforts on application development standards across the company/business lines
• Work on projects with little to no requirements and ability to be flexible within projects
• Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
• Security provisioning, role assignment on applications with CRM/POS
Qualifications:
• 2+ years hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc
• 2+ years in Application Development
• Work experience using front end technologies, including JavaScript, Angular and/or React
• Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS)
• Familiarity with Agile project management and sprint planning
• Familiarity with CI/CD best practices and software development lifecycle
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross functional teams
Pay Transparency
The approximate base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 – $100,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
