As a Technology Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping to drive progress, work with the team to create innovative solutions to complex problems, and effect forward, positive change. You’ll collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and convey them to your team. Together, you will implement these solutions that will increase performance in the areas impacted by the changes. Throughout this process, you’ll develop the skills and foundational knowledge to be a valued part of any team in the industry.

Basic Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a higher education program related to technology.
  • An affinity for technical concepts, and the ability to quickly understand new ones.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity while working well with disparate teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to effectively manage multiple workstreams.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for building great products that people love.
  • Ability to approach work with an open, flexible outlook focused on innovation.
  • Must be a creative thinker able to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced agile environment.
  • Desire and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

May include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to offer support on existing systems
  • Work as an individual contributor and cooperative teammate
  • Maintain technical work backlog and provide status updates to your team
  • Document procedures/practices/guidelines
  • Conduct research for existing/upcoming projects
  • Participate in weekly meetings and Scrum ceremonies

Pay Transparency

The approximate base pay range for this position is $16 to $17 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
