We are actively accepting applications for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our QA team. In this role, you’ll focus on executing quality assurance tests for SIDEARM’s websites and mobile apps.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute tests that help shape the fan experience across several of SIDEARM’s digital products. This includes websites, mobile and OTT applications, and various digital product integrations.
  • Test, identify and isolate bugs and clearly communicate to test leads, developers, and other teams involved in the process.
  • Work closely with the QA team to define and write test plans and test cases.

 Minimum Requirements: 

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in hands-on testing websites / mobile applications
  • Genuine interest in the quality assurance field, bug identification and bug isolation
  • Advanced knowledge and familiarity with a host of digital products including but not limited to websites and mobile applications
  • Commitment to quality in the software development process and products
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with a growing team
  • Commitment to DEIA

We’ll be extra impressed if you have:

  • Knowledge of content management systems. Experience with the SIDEARM CMS a big plus
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Fundamental knowledge of the QA process, Agile, and the software development lifecycle

Pay Transparency

The approximate base pay range for this position is $15 to $16 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
