Basic Purpose: Perform on-going application and network monitoring. Perform routine troubleshooting and system maintenance tasks such as file resizing, file corruption check, etc… This position is shift-aligned which includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and off-shift (non 8-5) work. During each shift the technician will ultimately be responsible for all troubleshooting and resolution. Change is a constant in this environment and candidates must be willing to adapt to changing requirements and expectations. This position will serve as an escalation point for first level support. The individual will serve in both a proactive and reactive role to resolve issues within a very busy data network infrastructure.
The approximate base pay range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
