Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Ownership Changes
  • Answer questions from internal staff
  • Maintain knowledge of licensees’ products, distribution channels, and system
  • Assist Operations manager with system processes and enhancements
  • Document training materials for staff and licensees
  • Keep calendar of important dates for reminders, renewals, communication
  • Invoicing licensees for special programs
  • Keep meeting notes for various department meetings
  • Draft addenda for special programs
  • System auditing of programs and rights of licensees
  • Implement department goals and objectives
  • Assist from time to time with basic staff administrative needs
  • Assist on management of questions and data related to licensee compliance with university labor code standards
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Develop and implement goals and objectives to meet business needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
  • Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Positive customer service attitude
  • Position may require flexible hours to account for providing broader customer
