Job Purpose:  Learfield Communications, LLC. Is looking for an ERP Systems Administrator with strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics GP.  Responsible for solving information technology-related problems and working directly with business users to select, implement, support, and integrate technology solutions that fit the business requirements. The role will be in a fast-paced, exciting environment that will keep you challenged and motivated. This position requires analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, excellent multi-tasking ability, organization, and strong communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of ERP systems and document management software, including software administration, user accounts, permissions, groups, and applications settings.
  • Works with other IT team members or administrators of specific application areas to coordinate application interdependencies and resolve issues.
  • Coordinates with software vendors and others to identify, evaluate, install, configure, and deploy software, enhancements, patches and/or upgrades as required.
  • Perform daily monitoring and reporting regarding software and systems performance and/or deficiencies.
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to propose and implement solutions to streamline business operations as required.
  • Provides support to staff for systems related support tickets and calls, enters updates related to such calls into the Helpdesk ticketing system and keeps IT team aware of any sensitive or escalating issues. 
  • Functions as a mentor for others concerning the technology and functionality of CRM.
  • Acts as a liaison between various Business Units & IT.
  • On-call rotation.

 

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics GP.
  • Tableau reporting platform
  • Microsoft SQL, Amazon Redshift a
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes and vocabulary
  • Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • On-call availability.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • operate a computer keyboard, mouse
  • Lifting and transporting of heavy to moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
  • Travel may be required.

 

Preferred

  • Experience with Dell Boomi
  • Experience with Visual Studio
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science.

 

Education, Certifications and/or Experience

  • High School diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in maintaining CRM and/or financial systems

 

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the Vice-President of Information Technology.
