This is a leadership role in the Corporate Finance function (FP&A). Duties include oversight of consolidated financial planning, analysis, and reporting to senior management, Board of Directors, equity sponsors and lenders. This job will be located in our Plano, TX Headquarters on a hybrid work schedule. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate all aspects of consolidation of enterprise-wide financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including coordination with FP&A functions in each of the company’s four primary business units
  • Execute detail financial planning & analysis for all corporate divisions, working with division leaders to update budgets and forecasts and analyze actual results for all
  • Oversee compliance with Company's financial planning systems (Adaptive Insights), including supervising Senior Administrator, Financial Systems
  • Oversee/review roll-up of Company's financial results and plans (including LRP) for Board of Directors and Lender reporting purposes. Includes supervising Senior Financial Analyst
  • Oversee/review roll-up of various financial information templates provided to equity sponsors (ownership group), including working with equity sponsors on follow up questions and requests
  • Coordinate with Corporate Accounting on quarterly lender compliance certificates, including ensuring information is consistent with and reconciles to management and Board of Directors reporting

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other business field. An advanced degree is a plus
  • 7+ years’ experience in corporate FP&A/finance, treasury or operational finance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. This would include an ability to demonstrate use of complex formula’s (sumifs, vlookup, index, match, indirect, etc.) along with a strong working knowledge of how to interpret and analyze large data sets in excel. VBA/Macro experience is a plus
  • Superior verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required in order to communicate effectively with management, private equity ownership team, consultants, etc
  • Ability to maintain progress on multiple projects at any given time across various departments while demonstrating an understanding of the team’s objectives to better prioritize the tasks at hand
  • Information management systems experience desired. Adaptive Insights and/or Workday/GP Dynamics experience is a plus
