The Supervisor, Digital Strategy & Solutions position is perfect for an ambitious professional with 3+ years of experience that wants to blend explosive growth potential with personal and professional development opportunities, all within a fun, collegial, and exciting environment. 

This is a remote role where ideally, candidates are based in NYC, Bay Area, Dallas/Fort Worth or Atlanta markets. Will consider stellar candidates in other locations.


  • Develop comprehensive digital strategies to achieve sponsorship marketing goals for collegiate partners
  • Join sales calls as needed as the digital subject matter expert, to answer questions and ensure partners understand platform and offering
  • Support MMR sellers in actively cultivating digital opportunities, pitching and closing business to meet the region’s digital goals
  • Grow digital adoption within the region, through relationship and trust building with sellers, property teams, and regional sales leadership through daily interactions with the field
  • Work with activation team as needed for any questions related to specific sponsor activations
  • Monitor ongoing campaign performance to ensure regional campaigns are meeting and exceeding delivery and performance expectations
  • Directly project manage activation and communicate directly with sellers and sponsors as needed regarding campaign updates and performance
  • Act as mentor and manager to Managers and other junior team members to aid in their career growth and development
  • Travel to partner sites as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), or equivalent
  • 4+ years digital marketing experience, agency, or media experience required
  • Strong background in marketing/sales support, operations, and client services
  • Excellent interdepartmental coordination and collaboration skills
  • Strong command of digital marketing landscape and solutions to fit advertisers needs
  • Self motivated, strategic, and forward thinking
  • Enthusiastic, sales oriented personality with excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills
  • Creative and solution oriented, anticipating challenges and preemptively offering solutions
