We are actively accepting applications for a Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you’ll focus on providing best-in-class customer support to our partners across the nation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide partners with knowledgeable guidance through SIDEARM’s digital products. Products include SIDEARM’s proprietary content management system, live stats, apps, etc.
  • Provide timely and educated responses to partner problems via phone, email, or the support ticket system.
  • Create and maintain positive and long-term relationships with SIDEARM’s partner base.
  • Serve as the liaison between customers experiencing advanced problems and SIDEARM’s technical team.
  • Ability to assist the SIDEARM streaming support team as needed.
  • Be available for a flexible work schedule to accommodate games and events throughout the day, including weekends.

 Minimum Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of websites, apps, and social media
  • Demonstrated knowledge of college sports
  • Deep passion for providing exceptional customer service, through empathy, honesty, and transparency
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

We’ll be extra impressed if you have:

  • Knowledge of the SIDEARM CMS
  • Knowledge of the StatCrew/Genius Sports stat input programs
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
