Paciolan is seeking a CRM Analyst working out of our Irvine, CA office. The CRM Analyst will be responsible for implementing, integrating, administering, and consulting our sports, entertainment, and performing arts clients on Salesforce Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative team environment, and is looking for a role that will utilize their creative, innovative thinking, and excellent problem solving and analytical skills.


  • Implement and configure Sales Cloud to support ongoing business goals for ticket sales, customer service, development (fundraising) and marketing
    – Train end users (our clients) on the Paciolan Lightning Salesforce Sales Cloud build
  • Act as a Salesforce administrator for a designated number of accounts
  • Ongoing support and consulting to ensure that Salesforce meets the needs of our clients
  • Understanding of the data flow to and from other Paciolan systems as it integrates into Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal Paciolan departments to improve product integration and processes
  • Ability to learn and use utilities to assist in the administration of
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Nights & Weekends as needed
  • Travel to train and support our clients across the US and Canada may be needed when safely permitted

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work comfortably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities
  • Experience in business operations of a professional sports organization, college athletics department or Performing Arts Center preferably in marketing, sales or technology
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua or other Marketing Automation system
  • Working knowledge of advanced Salesforce concepts (flows, process builder, APEX)
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator 201
