Our LEARFIELD Amplify Seating Team has been in operation since 1998, providing chairback stadium seats that are designed to attach to the University’s stadium bleachers and provide support and padded seating for fans attending University’s home sporting events. The Program

This Program is for the 2024 College Football season; beginning in early July 2024 and ending October 15, 2024. The selected candidate will be responsible for the completion of daily tasks and projects assigned by their Manager. This is a remote, work from home position.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Assist in the coordination of logistics of inventory delivery, storage, and readiness for the season
  • Assist in managing and maintaining internal CRM and database
  • Assist in ensuring data integrity in CRM software system with the integration of athletic ticketing software
  • Assist with the development of marketing ideas, content, and campaigns
  • If needed, assist with the installation, removal, unloading, storing, disposal, or any other physical manipulation of inventory
  • Collaborate with manager and teammates to complete assigned daily/weekly tasks
  • Attend all team meetings and schedule calls
  • Proactively communicate with various members of the team

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Strong interest in the sports business, marketing, or media industry
  • Intellectually curious; not afraid to ask questions and a willingness to jump in with both feet
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Photoshop and/or Social Media marketing and management experience is a plus
  • Customer Service and/ or Sales Experience is a plus
  • Highly organized; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Independent worker and self-starter; able to work with little or no instruction and intrinsically motivated
  • Show up each day with a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Must be able to lift 25lb to 50lb safely
  • Ability to start work on or around Monday, July 1st

 


 

Pay Transparency

The approximate base pay range for this position is $12.00 to $15.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
