We are looking for a great communicator who has worked on professional web properties, collaborated with campaigns and product marketing teams and is passionate about storytelling to customers.

The Content Marketing Manager, Website will work cross-functionally, developing new capabilities for the company. They must be able to work independently, manage competing priorities, think strategically, and execute in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. They will manage their budget and their time. They must be able to prioritize, see opportunities for automation and improvement, and work collaboratively.

  • Web Strategy: Creates the overall strategy for the corporate website, informed by data and user testing. This includes site architecture and design, as well as web content strategies.
  • Content Creation and Copywriting: Envisions and produces content for the website, and other channels, to further our brand value proposition to our various stakeholder audiences.  This includes copywriting and editing and light graphics and photo editing.  Building out landing pages for campaign tie-ins.
  • Agency or cross-functional management: Successfully manages third-party agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize outcomes and set priorities.  Represents the website on various marketing-related project teams and initiatives. Provides consultation upon request for the SharePoint intranet site, which is owned and maintained by others.     
  • Web Operations and Reporting: Provides end-to-end visibility to the effectiveness and efficiency of our web marketing through reporting dashboards, analytics, and tie-ins with via email, social, media, and event campaigns.
  • Additional duties as assigned by manager.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Computer Science, English or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining websites and webpages in a content management system (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop or similar application). WordPress experience preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools, including the personalization of dashboards.
  • 1+ years of web user experience (UX) experience or equivalent training, including user testing, A/B testing, and best practices in site design and navigation.
  • 5+ years of experience creating written content and copy for thought leadership, website publication, and promotional purposes.
  • 2+ years supporting and training internal web content authors/editors/fellow administrators in the content management system.
  • Experience individually or as part of a team implementing a website from scratch, leading an extensive site over-all, or project managing a transition or migration.
  • Experience successfully integrating lead generation forms from a marketing automation system onto an external website with proper tagging and attribution for lead scoring.
  • Experience successfully integrating third-party tools (eg, A/B testing vendors, chatbots, survey tools, etc) into an external website.
  • 2+ years experience successfully managing third-party vendors, agencies, or freelancers to assist with high-quality project delivery on-time and on-budget.
  • 3+ years experience working collaboratively with digital demand generation, email marketing, marketing automation systems, and customer relationship management systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic HTML.
  • Google Analytics certification preferred.
  • Experience developing Intranets in SharePoint preferred.
  • Experience with Premier or other video editing software preferred.
