Fanbase, LEARFIELD’s leading data & analytics platform, is at the cutting edge of using analytics to unlock the next wave of growth in college sports. By aggregating data across ticketing, sponsorship, digital and social channels, Fanbase helps Learfield and our school partners to better understand how fans engage with college athletics. Fanbase allows are sales teams and school partners to realize stronger marketing efficiency and effectiveness, as well as increase revenue generating opportunities through increased ticket sales, fund raising and corporate sponsorships.

As Manager, Fanbase Client Success, you will help accelerate the adoption of the product through the development and coordination of projects, training, ongoing education and communication pieces for school partners and Learfield Sales Teams. You will report to the Vice-President for Client Success and work closely with other members of the Fanbase Client Success Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams.

Plano location is preferred but also open to remote. 
Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate and manage overall Client Success operations so that we may effectively promote product adoption and positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop and coordinate all facets of team projects, communication plans and strategies
  • Provide Client Success Team with the materials and information necessary to effectively train, manage and educate school partners and sales teams about the product
  • Create and design all communication pieces including but not limited to newsletters, web content, case studies, surveys and presentations
  • Develop training calendar and content, implementation plans and training videos for school partners and sales teams
  • Work collaboratively with Product and Client Success Team members to gather product information, timelines and user feedback to determine future projects, outreach and strategies
  • Develop and manage content and details associated with user events including webinars, data workshops

 

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of project development and oversight in a team environment
  • Extensive project management and/or program management responsibilities, including historical overall responsibility for project timelines and deliverables
  • Strong written skills and experience creating and maintaining end-user product documentation using PowerPoint or similar software applications
  • Ability to develop team goals, strategies and projects based on feedback and data provided by team members and customers
  • Experience in Sports/media/entertainment and/or sponsorship is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to take end-to-end responsibility for projects and keep team members on task
  • Effective communication, organizational, presentation and listening skills
  • Ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction
  • Manage time effectively and orchestrate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to influence and motivate others through leading by example
  • Strong commitment to building a learning culture that benefits yourself and your colleagues
