ANC is looking for an aspiring Client Services Representative to join the team! This Rep will work with ANC's sports and/or commercial clients to fulfill all necessary service contract needs, including print, graphic design, stats, and much more. The Rep will cross-functionally collaborate with field operations, graphic design, technical support, and others to ensure all aspects of the client experience are being handled with great care.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position, reporting to the Director of Venue Solutions in Purchase, NY. 


 What you’ll do…

  • Daily communications with clients to create and manage projects.
  • Enter jobs into internal systems for Graphic Design and continue to track/monitor.
  • Ongoing facilitation of client's venue needs, in collaboration with Field Ops.
  • Enter schedules and other data needed for Client Affidavits.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand and maintain contract requirements, account costs, etc. 
  • Support colleagues on special projects as requested. 


What we’re looking for…

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university required. 
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. 
  • The ability to prioritize and project manage. 
  • Superb communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Excellent relationship-building skills; comfortable interacting externally.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 
  • Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed (client emails, phone calls, etc.)
