We are actively seeking candidates for the position of Associate Recruiter, based out of the LEARFIELD Corporate office in Plano, TX. This person will report to the Sr. Manager-Talent Acquisition and be responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting efforts across our Corporate business units. This individual will identify, engage, assess and secure the industries top talent while advancing our brand across multiple talent pools. This role will also consult and advise hiring managers and candidates through the LEARFIELD selection process. They will build and maintain excellent relationships with executives and direct hiring managers across the business. Successful candidates will be able to proactively develop and nurture passive talent pools to execute the near and long-term recruiting vision at LEARFIELD. Additionally, this individual will assist with campus recruiting and other TA related projects.
