ANC, a subsidiary of LEARFIELD, designs, installs and provides ongoing operations and services for digital media architecture which stimulates, entertains and engages consumers at special events, sports venues, and places all around us. ANC fuses art, commerce and technology to set the gold standard of the event experience for a distinguished client list that includes the Super Bowl, the Final Four, New York City Marathon, Los Angeles Dodgers, the Ryder Cup, and New York City’s Westfield World Trade Center.

ANC is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support the ongoing operations of its Purchase office. Working closely with building management, external vendors/partners, and other key stakeholders, the Coordinator will ensure everything is running smoothly at ANC HQ while generating a welcoming atmosphere for employees and their guests. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Administration.


 What you’ll do…

  • Maintain front desk and conference rooms; act as receptionist, greeter, and phone operator (answering and directing incoming calls, providing entry to visitors, keeping common areas tidy, setting up conference rooms, etc.)
  • Manage security/keycard program and company's office phone system.
  • Handle all shipping and postage, and collect/distribute daily deliveries (including mail for remote employees).
  • Keep copier/printers and other office equipment in working order.
  • Maintain inventory of conventional office supplies and beverages/snacks for office café.
  • Attend to the general appearance and upkeep of office café and common areas.
  • Liaison with building management staff for all related matters like office cleaning and repair orders.
  • Provide admin support to ANC Leadership Team (including travel, calendaring, expenses) on ad hoc basis.
  • Participate in hospitality/client relations, primarily with responsibility to maintain ticketing program to client events (sporting events, concerts, etc.)
  • Provide support on special admin-related projects, including holiday party planning and onsite/off-site meetings.


What we’re looking for…

  • High School Degree or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience as an office manager or receptionist, or related admin role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (ability to compose, edit and proofread business correspondence).
  • Superb organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to quickly changing priorities. 
  • Strong service acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Some experience with booking travel and using Concur is a plus.
