Paciolan Account Managers administer the Paciolan ticket system on behalf of clients. They are deeply knowledgeable about setup within Paciolan products and provide specialized consulting and training for the setup and use of the system to clients. They are responsible for helping clients execute their goals in the ticketing system. Account Managers are expected to work closely with their clients and Client Partners to help identify new opportunities to drive incremental revenue at each client site. They must be quick learners with a knack for problem-solving. Account Managers manage a dedicated portfolio of clients. They are client-centric and results-driven and must be adaptive to changing environments. Account Managers approach each day with client objectives shaping their process.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build, manage and maintain events in the Paciolan Platform
  • Consult with clients on best practices
  • Communicate custom eCommerce requests with developer team
  • Provide exceptional client services, working closely with clients to identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue
  • Assist with planning, implementing, training, and managing new / existing client services and 3rd party integrations
  • Serve in the after-hours/weekend on-call rotation for clients/co-workers
  • Travel to client sites as needed
  • Assist in the development of operating policies and procedures
  • Perform various additional duties as needed

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Thorough knowledge of Paciolan software products
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a strong plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional client relationship skills, including the ability to hold clients accountable and keep projects moving forward
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Go-getter attitude with strong self-motivation & problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel to offsite client locations, as needed. Occasional extended travel may be required
  • Collaborative and dynamic team member
  • Ability to communicate and develop an effective working relationship with fellow associates, managers, outside representatives and agencies

 

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business, communications, marketing or closely related field. Substantial relevant equivalent work experience may be considered if degree is not in a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive ticket industry experience

 

DEGREE OF SUPERVISION:

  • Moderate – Candidate is expected to be strongly self-motivated.
