MogoSME is seeking an exceptional digital media sales professional who will drive revenue generation. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced, collaborative and consultative digital solution sales executive that wants to blend explosive growth potential with professional expertise, personal development opportunities and a fun, collegial and exciting environment. 


As an experienced programmatic sales executive you will develop integrated digital advertising and branding solutions for sponsors, institutions, brands and partners.  Utilizing your digital media expertise and solid understanding of the programmatic and data-driven digital ecosystem, you will work with a team of solutions architects and account management professionals to deliver unmatched value to AOR clients and prospects. You will be responsible for building an active sales pipeline and driving new business revenue across our core verticals.


  • 4+ years experience in digital/programmatic advertising in consultative sales and account management combined; Experience in DSP SaaS, CTV/OTT, social, DMP/data or digital video a strong plus
  • Proven ability to achieve growth goals via a hunter’s drive to develop new business and superb partner management skills that grow existing accounts via trust and performance
  • Self-motivated balanced individual with strong relationship building skills and a deep appreciation for integrity in business dealings
  • Ability to generate net-new leads and follow through to close
  • Experience and ability to assemble compelling sales presentations and case studies
  • Experience working brand-direct and with media agencies to close large media deals
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic and data-driven digital ecosystem
  • Superb communication skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts in ways that will garner support and adoption from key internal stakeholders
  • An approach that engenders trust and establishes credibility, industry knowledge and communicates a sincere concern for excellence and client satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic fast paced environment with some ambiguity
  • Ability to travel up to approximately 50% for client meetings, industry conferences and/or potential speaking engagements
  • Experience in entertainment, finance, higher education, sports media, retail or ecommerce a plus
  • IAB Digital Media Sales Certified is a plus


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), or equivalent
  • Experience working with multiple technology tools and platforms – marketing automation and Salesforce/CRM experience required.
  • Excellent project management, time management and prioritization skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of detail orientation
  • Familiarity with programmatic digital marketing tactics and best practices

Pay Transparency

The approximate base pay range for this position is $80-105k. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
