Michigan Made: Volleyball Trailer
ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Michigan Athletics and multimedia rightsholder Michigan Sports Properties, in collaboration with the Emmy Award-winning Learfield Studios team, announced today the return of the Michigan Made digital content collection with original docuseries Michigan Made: Volleyball Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan making its debut this week.
Michigan Made: Volleyball offers an all-access pass into the preparation of the Wolverines’ 2025 season, blending candid interviews with coaches and student-athletes, behind-the-scenes training, and glimpses into life beyond the court.
Throughout the 5-part series, viewers will get a firsthand look at the experience of playing volleyball abroad, the strength and depth of this year’s roster of Wolverines, and how Head Coach Erin Virtue’s work with the U.S. National Team is shaping the team’s identity and competitive edge in college volleyball.
“I’m excited for fans to have an inside look into the Michigan Volleyball program through this docuseries,” said Erin Virtue, Michigan Head Volleyball Coach. “There’s so much that goes on behind the scenes to make a great program, and in this series, fans will learn about our student-athletes and staff both on and off the court. We’re incredibly grateful to Blue Cross Blue Shield for sponsoring this project and providing this opportunity to our student-athletes. This partnership makes it possible to showcase our program while supporting our players.”
The Wolverines, led by All-Big Ten selection Allison Jacobs, return their leader in kills, assists, digs, and blocks from a season ago and are set to play a program record 13 matches inside Crisler Center in 2025.
