OMAHA, Neb. – Brianna (Bri) Vig has been appointed General Manager of Omaha Sports Properties, as announced today by the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s multimedia rightsholder, Learfield.
Vig, the property’s former business development manager, has worked in college multimedia rights, sponsorship sales and partnerships since 2019. Prior to joining Learfield’s multimedia rights team representing Omaha Athletics in 2021, Vig was coordinator of partnership services for the company’s local team at South Dakota State.
Most recently, Vig served as a senior account executive with Hurrdat and matriculated with both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from South Dakota State, primarily studying sport and recreation management.
As general manager for Omaha Sports Properties, Learfield’s locally-based teamsolely dedicated to the Mavericks, Vig will work closely with Vice Chancellor / Director of Athletics Adrian Dowell and Omaha’s entire athletic administration.
