PLANO, Texas – In a strategic move to enhance the recruitment process for college rodeo programs, Learfield College Rodeo announced today a new partnership with Bullfrog Recruiting Solutions that will optimize and streamline the recruiting journey for rodeo coaches and student-athletes.

Through this collaboration, each Learfield College Rodeo school will gain access to Bullfrog’s advanced recruiting portal. The platform allows for the creation of detailed athlete profiles and provides coaches with effective tools to scout and communicate with potential recruits. Additionally, it offers features such as a searchable directory of programs and athletes, live industry interviews, targeted scholarship assistance, and exclusive coach development sessions. The partnership will also feature the “Bullfrog Recruiting Tip of the Month” on the Learfield College Rodeo Podcast, providing ongoing insights and support to enhance recruiting strategies.

“At Bullfrog Recruiting Solutions, our mission has always been to bridge the gap between student-athletes and college rodeo programs in a way that’s seamless, effective, and built for the future,” said Founder of Bullfrog Recruiting Heidi Foy. “Partnering with Learfield College Rodeo is a natural partnership, as it expands our reach, strengthens our impact, and brings even more opportunities to the athletes and coaches we serve. This is about more than just recruiting; it’s about building relationships, growing the sport and ensuring the next generation of rodeo athletes find the right fit for their futures.”

Launched in the summer of 2023, Learfield College Rodeo is dedicated to elevating college rodeo and embracing the widespread influence and popularity of western heritage and culture. Through its College Rodeo division, Learfield leverages its longtime success in delivering sports and cross-campus marketing solutions to deliver new opportunities for college rodeo teams.  Notable partners include Cal Poly, Colorado Mesa, Colorado State, Idaho State, Kansas State, Montana, Montana State, Montana Western, Texas A&M, UNLV, Utah State, and Wyoming, as well as the Central Rocky Mountain Region, which became LCR’s first regional partner in May.

“As a former athlete and coach, I truly believe that this new partnership with Heidi and Bullfrog Recruiting will provide immense value for our Learfield College Rodeo programs and coaches,” said Shelby Rasmussen, Associate – Business Development & Rodeo Operations for Learfield College Rodeo. “We are excited to not only offer this resource to aid in the recruiting process, but to continue to grow college rodeo and the western industry as a whole.”
