STILLWATER, Okla. – Oklahoma State Athletics and Tulsa-based Bank of Oklahoma are expanding their long-term partnership to feature BOK logos on the playing surface of Boone Pickens Stadium. The logos will debut on the field this Saturday.

In doing so, OSU becomes the first school in the Big 12 Conference and in the state of Oklahoma to secure an on-field logo partnership at its home football stadium. The BOK logos will appear on both 25-yard lines in the southwest and northeast corners of the field.

“We are thrilled to have the Bank of Oklahoma brand joining the OSU brand on the field in Boone Pickens Stadium, the best college football stadium in the country,” said Chad Weiberg, Vice President and Athletic Director at Oklahoma State University. “With the ongoing transformation of college athletics, it is critical that we embrace new opportunities with our strategic partners to grow the support for our programs and our student-athletes. Bank of Oklahoma has been a great supporter of OSU Athletics for a long time and we’re grateful for this significant new commitment they have made to further advance the partnership.”

Bank of Oklahoma has been a dedicated sponsor of OSU Athletics for more than 25 years and continues to hold club level naming rights inside Boone Pickens Stadium. For more than a century, BOK has fueled the success of consumers, businesses and wealth clients nationwide from operations focused in eight states in the Midwest and Southwest. Bank of Oklahoma has 46 locations across Oklahoma.

“As a long-standing partner of Oklahoma State Athletics, we are incredibly proud to feature our logo on the field when the Cowboys host home football games,” said Stacy Kymes, President and CEO of BOK Financial, the parent company of Bank of Oklahoma. “As a company with roots in Oklahoma and a strong footprint in the middle part of the U.S., this sponsorship reaches fans across the region.”

The partnership expansion with Bank of Oklahoma was secured by Cowboy Sports Properties, the locally based team of Learfield—the media and technology company powering college sports. Cowboy Sports Properties is the exclusive multimedia rights holder for Oklahoma State Athletics and handles all sponsorships, in-venue signage, and advertising rights on behalf of the Cowboys.

“This is a special partnership with Bank of Oklahoma, which has a long history of supporting Oklahoma State Athletics,” said Kip Racy, Vice President and General Manager at Cowboy Sports Properties. “We are excited to work closely with them and continue to create bold sponsorship opportunities that reach Cowboys fans and align with their business goals.”
