RUSTON, La. – Learfield, Louisiana Tech’s longtime multimedia rightsholder, named Bulldog alumnus Brad Pietz as general manager for its local LA Tech Sports Properties team.
Pietz has returned to his alma mater from residing 15 years in Jonesboro, Ark. His experience there includes serving 10 years with Arkansas State University, where he was assistant athletics director-development, and later the director of marketing for the Convocation Center. Prior to his time in Jonesboro, Pietz was at Southern Illinois University serving five years in the dual role of director of ticket operations/assistant marketing director.
As general manager for LA Tech Sports Properties, Pietz is the primary Learfield liaison with Louisiana Tech VP and Director of Athletics Eric Wood on all aspects related to the multimedia rights agreement and corporate partner platform.
Joining Pietz is Sadie Patton, a LA Tech alumna, who is LA Tech Sports Properties’ coordinator, partnership services. She is a recent graduate, earning a degree in sports marketing. Patton served nearly three years as a part-time student worker and intern within the Athletics Department.

Pietz and Patton will join Stephanie Gamble, who enters her third year as the manager of business development with LA Tech Sports Properties.
