Paciolan will power digital ticketing, fundraising, and marketing solutions for Air Force Athletics to elevate fan experiences
IRVINE Calif. — Paciolan, the leading ticketing and technology solution provider for college athletics, has entered into an agreement with Air Force Academy Athletics. Paciolan will provide Air Force with a comprehensive solution that integrates digital ticketing, fundraising, and marketing technologies and services to deliver an exceptional fan experience.

Air Force season ticket holders gain unparalleled access to mobile ticketing options, including purchasing mobile tickets, receiving them via text message, and entering Air Force venues using their phones. The mobile functionality also allows fans to manage tickets on their accounts directly from their phones and seamlessly transfer or exchange tickets for events they cannot attend.

Air Force fans, season ticket holders, and donors will be able to take advantage of an integrated ticketing and fundraising platform powered by Paciolan. The solution will enable Falcons fans to purchase tickets and give donations online simultaneously while providing Air Force Athletics with a holistic view of their fans to offer personalized communications. Additionally, Falcons’ fans with an established, current ticket account will receive an activation email from Paciolan soon.
Air Force Athletics will take advantage of Paciolan’s digital marketing services, including paid search, social, display, and video campaigns to engage current and prospective fans and drive ticket sales. To amplify the impact of digital campaigns, Air Force will incorporate Learfield’s Fanbase data to enrich fan profiles and create personalized campaigns with unique messaging that drive elevated results.
Air Force will also benefit from Paciolan’s integration with its official athletics website to provide contextual ticketing links embedded into its schedule pages and other areas of their website, powered by SIDEARM Sports. This feature provides fans with more information about ticket availability and pricing when purchasing tickets.
Air Force will also deploy Paciolan’s college-tailored instance of the Salesforce CRM platform and services to provide a 360-degree view of each fan and to enrich each fan’s interaction with the athletics department. In addition, Air Force will take advantage of Paciolan’s integrated Marketing Automation solution, tightly integrated into their CRM system, to deliver personalized communications based on their purchase history, interests, and affinities.
Air Force will receive Paciolan’s signature service and support. The Air Force Athletics staff will be teamed up with a highly experienced client partner, e-commerce operations specialist, a CRM strategist, a Marketing Automation specialist, and a digital marketing expert who will help with strategic planning, share best practices and consult on all Paciolan tools.
Air Force Athletics will continue to work with the LEARFIELD Amplify team to drive outbound ticket sales, assist with Falcon Fund growth, and engage fans.
