The Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation (AFAAC) has extended its multimedia rights agreement with Learfield, according to an announcement today from Director of Athletics Nathan Pine.
The new multi-year relationship will continue to be overseen locally by Air Force Sports Properties, Learfield’s dedicated team that works alongside the athletics administration and manages Air Force athletics’ corporate partner platform.
The agreement was brokered with assistance from Leona Marketing Group.
“Learfield has been a tremendous partner at Air Force and has played an important role in the proliferation of our brand,” Pine said. “I am excited to now grow their commitment to Air Force Athletics through this extension and look forward to continuing our great work together for many years to come. I would also like to thank the Leona Marketing Group for their assistance throughout the evaluation process and helping to put this deal together.”
“We’re honored to have the opportunity to continue working closely with Nate and his team to elevate the Air Force athletics brand throughout the region, state and nationally,” said Mike Hamilton, EVP for Learfield’s University Partnership Group. “Air Force is a longstanding, valued partner, and we’re eager to continue innovating with this unique brand and look forward to providing leadership and support through this transformative time in the world of college athletics.”
