HANOVER, N.H. – LEARFIELD recently promoted Corrie Shearin to general manager for Big Green Sports Properties, its local multimedia rights team dedicated to Dartmouth College.

Shearin most recently served as interim general manager, a role she assumed in August 2020. She will continue to be the primary LEARFIELD liaison, working alongside Dartmouth Interim Director of Athletics and Recreation Peter Roby and the entire athletics administration. As part of the overarching multimedia rights agreement with Dartmouth Athletics, Shearin manages the comprehensive relationships with local, regional and national brands wanting to align with the Big Green.

Prior to joining LEARFIELD’s Dartmouth team three years ago, Shearin was with Brown University beginning her career transition to intercollegiate athletics. She spent a year immersed in the Bears’ marketing, promotions and ticket sales areas. Shearin is a Penn State University alumna holding a marketing degree.

“We’re thrilled to have Corrie as general manager for the Big Green,” said Roby. “Given her time here already, she has a terrific understanding of our program and what we want to accomplish together. Corrie has a wonderful cadence with our corporate partners, and we know she’ll continue to grow those relationships and thoroughly manage every aspect of our rights agreement.”

“Corrie has proven to be invaluable to Big Green Sports Properties, especially during 2020. She did a phenomenal job working closely with our Dartmouth corporate partners to most importantly ensure their needs were still being met during the strangest year in college sports history,” said LEARFIELD Vice President, Multi-Media Rights-East Region Daryl Jasper. “We’re proud to have her on the LEARFIELD team and equally as excited to formally announce her as our Dartmouth GM.”
